About

We integrate what others coordinate in silos.

We are a technical firm specialized in the integration of Special Systems, BIM Coordination and Information Management for complex industrial, healthcare, data center and commercial projects.

Our Identity

We are not a BIM modeling company.

SORA exists because in high-complexity projects — data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, logistics facilities — Electrical Systems, BMS, Telecommunications and Electronic Security are designed in silos, modeled separately and installed without effective technical coordination among them or with the other disciplines.

That integration is structured through a unified Technical Flow: a process that connects systems, information, coordination, decisions, verification and delivery, so that every stage of a project maintains continuity with the next. That is what makes Integrated Special Systems Delivery possible — not disciplines managed separately, but their coordination within a single flow.

Alejandro Leyva Valle founded SORA to solve that problem at its root. Not as modelers. Not as drafters. As technical integrators who understand the systems, manage the information that describes them and coordinate their constructibility from design through project delivery.

That way of working defines SORA: technical integration, information management, QA/QC and constructibility are not treated as separate efforts, but as capabilities that operate within a single delivery process.

Technical Integration

Electrical Systems, BMS, Telecommunications and Security coordinated as a single system, not as parallel disciplines.

Information Management

Document governance, traceability and approval workflows under ISO 19650 throughout the full project lifecycle.

Technical QA / QC

Every deliverable goes through systematic verification processes before issuance. Incorrect information has real consequences.

Constructibility

We validate that information is buildable before equipment arrives on site. Early detection, early resolution.

Legal Framework

REPSE Registration.

SORA holds a REPSE Registration (Registry of Specialized Services and Works Companies) with the Mexican Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare, in compliance with the Federal Labor Law reform on subcontracting.

What this means for your project:

  • Legal compliance for specialized services in Mexico.
  • Verifiable fiscal and labor transparency with IMSS and INFONAVIT.
  • Legal protection for the contracting client.
  • Standard requirement in corporate, industrial and government projects.

REPSE registration is mandatory for companies providing specialized services under contract to third parties in Mexico, pursuant to the April 2021 Federal Labor Law reform.

Technical Track Record

Projects that define the standard.

SORA's track record is built on projects where technical precision is non-negotiable: mission-critical data centers, operating hospitals, industrial plants and commercial projects at regional scale.

Data Centers

BIM Coordination of Special Systems for mission-critical infrastructure. Redundancy requirements, full system traceability and compliance with international standards.

Hospitals & Healthcare Infrastructure

Integration of critical systems in environments where coordination errors have direct impact on clinical operations: medical networks, security, access control, BMS.

Industrial & Manufacturing

Information management for industrial projects with multiple contractors, disciplines and interdependent systems requiring rigorous technical coordination.

Commercial & Retail

BIM Coordination of Electrical and Special Systems in regional expansion projects with replicability, standardization and tight schedule requirements.

Operating Framework

ISO 19650 as a working system, not a certification.

At SORA, Information Management is not a deliverable at the end of the project. It is the system that organizes how every piece of technical information is produced, reviewed, approved and distributed from day one.

Common Data Environment

A structured CDE defines how information flows between disciplines, contractors and the client. No ambiguity about which version is current or who approved what.

Document Traceability

Every revision, comment and approval is recorded with author, date and status. Information has a history. Decisions have owners.

Systematic QA / QC

Discipline-specific technical checklists, clash detection, nomenclature validation and standards compliance audit before each issuance.

Process Standardization

Reusable templates, naming conventions and protocols. Standards are documented so the next project starts with a technical advantage.

Technical Principles

The principles that govern every project.

System-level precision

We do not coordinate geometry. We coordinate systems. Precision applies to the technical integrity of each discipline, not just to models not clashing.

Full traceability

Every decision, change and deliverable has an author, date and status. No grey areas. No uncontrolled versions.

Multidisciplinary integration

We connect what others leave disconnected: Electrical, BMS, Telecommunications, Electronic Security and Structure, under a single technical protocol.

Technical accountability

We take full responsibility for technical coordination. We do not deliver models. We deliver verified, constructible information.

SORA Method

How this way of working translates into every project.

Technical Flow articulates project integration. SORA Method defines how that flow is applied systematically, from diagnosis through delivery.

SORA OSIn development

The next evolution in technical project management.

The experience accumulated across complex projects has led us to a conclusion: technical coordination problems are, in most cases, information problems. Fragmented information. Ungoverned information. Information without traceability.

SORA OS is our response to that conclusion: a technical management platform that centralizes information flows, standardizes processes and connects technical teams under a single working protocol. Not modeling software. The information infrastructure that makes projects more predictable, more traceable and more controlled.

Technical Network

Two independent firms. One technical standard.

SORA collaborates strategically with Proyecta BIM in the Bajío region. These are organizations with their own identity, independent operations and complementary specializations that share the same technical standard and the same vision of precision in high-complexity projects.

This network allows us to operate regionally scaled projects without sacrificing the technical specialization that defines each firm.
