SORA's downloadable resources, identified in the current registry (currently R-01 through R-05), are technical support tools and do not replace a BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Employer's/Organizational Information Requirements (EIR/OIR), the project contract, the judgment of a responsible engineer or architect, or a project's own quality control (QA/QC) process.
  2. References to ISO 19650 in these resources are methodological references and do not imply certification, affiliation, accreditation, or approval of SORA by ISO or by any certifying body.
  3. Each organization must adapt the resource's fields, roles, states, naming conventions, and controls to its own contractual, regulatory, and organizational context before using it on a real project.
  4. The user is responsible for verifying versions, formulas, macros (if any), and compliance with client-specific requirements and the law applicable to their project, before relying on the resource for any decision.
  5. SORA does not guarantee specific results from the use of these resources.
